Strides 360

Strides 360 is a cardio based workout incorporating SAQ drills (speed and agility) and bodyweight exercises for a full body workout. This class can be done with our without your kiddos.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre is a new class format from Stroller Strides which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience

Our Village Playgroup

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Playgroup officially meets one day a week after class.

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes jogging or power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
